Product development
From idea to product ! We visualize your ideas in 3D CAD
Samples and prototypes
With professional staff and well-equipped workshop, we make samples and prototypes
Punching
We use NC controlled punching machines with automatic loading of sheets and unloading of finished products
Laser cutting
Laser cutting We can also offer laser cutting in our combined laser cutting and punching machine.
Bending
Bending can be done both robotically and manually. We have pressbrakes with forces up to 130 tonnes and lengths of 3000 mm.
Assembly
In our assembly department we assemble in-house and purchased components into complete units.
Welding
Welding is done both manually and in our robotic welding cell.

Eccenterpress with robotic feeding
Surface treatment
Painting, hot-dip galvanizing, electric galvanizing, tinning, chromating and other surface treatments are provided in a network of external partners.

MANUFACTURER OF SHEET METAL PRODUCTS SINCE 1945

Started as a press workshop in 1945 – today a modern industrial company with a high degree of automation.
Our business idea is to be a competent, quality minded and flexible subcontractor and partner of sheet metal based products.
Stantek was established in 1945 in Oslo as a small punching workshop under the name Stanseprodukter AS. In 1974 the company moved to Kongsvinger where we have been since then. We are located in the SIVA industrial area and have an industrial building of 3,500 square meters. We are currently 17 employees and have sales of approximately NOK 28 million (2019).
The main business has always been production of sheet metal products as a subcontractor to other industries. Today, leading industrial companies in Norway in the field of construction products, electrical, furniture and automotive are on the customer list.

Parts and products for several industries and applications

With sheet metal material as base we punch, form and assemble components according to customer specifications. Materials such as standard steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and many other metals and alloys are all used in our production. Most parts are made using standard tooling in programmable machines without addtional tooling cost for the customer - some are also processed in product specific tooling in our eccentric presses.
